Make the move to Jack's Links. I haven't snapped into a Slim Jim since they ditched the Macho Man.

Jack Links is solid. I need to learn how to make my own. Beef Jerky is a fantastic invention. Turkey Jerky is pretty swell too. Oooh and Venison jerky....mmm.

I don't get all this comparison between beef jerky and slim jims. They may both be meat snacking products, but they just aren't the same thing and thus can not be compared in a true apples to apples fashion.

This is correct. I prefer jerky over the greasy meat tubes. Slim Jims are a cheaper snack though. Good when you are in a pinch.

They should just rename Slim Jim's to Greasy Meat Tubes, it'd cut down on all the people who eat slim jim's just to look cool and save them for the real fans.

I think they use dog to make slim jims. They are the worst form of beef jerky I've ever tasted.
