Shawn Johnson to be on Dancing With the Stars

The fiancee is watching one of her "primetime soaps" as I like to call them in the other room and they just had a commerical that Shawn is going to be on the cast this season. I think she is taking some of her courses online as she was asked this on SoundOff a few weeks ago. She's probably set for life with all the endorsments she has anyways.

Ran into a gymnast from Columbus this week. She was heading down to Dallas for an event. Asked her what she thought of Shawn Johnson. In so many ways she said she couldn't stand her. Not sure if it is jealousy or what.

She is taking this year from home. Next year her Sr year she will be back at Valley. Money talks, heck she is setting herself up for life now, she can always go back and get more education. She has to make it while she can.

She will be at the Beauty and the Beast event this Friday. That would probably be a bigger deal to most Cyclone fans if she wasn't decked out in hawkeye gear at the ISU/iowa basketball game. When the announcement that she would be there during a recent basketball, it was pretty much just crickets...

She's a hawkeye, i wont be going to see her. We should have spent some good PR money on nastia to come up to the Beauty and the Beast. Texas isn't that hard of a trip.

She could have worn USA, since she really isn't affiliated with either school. If she is wearing ISU gear on Friday, maybe it will be looked past. but, I doubt she will be. ;-)
