Does Verizon lock down corp phones?

My wife's corporate phone is from Verizon is the same way..no new ring tones, no games etc.

I assume her company requires it to be that way.

I tried the Myxer site and when I send me the message, I get a text message telling me to go online with my phone and download it. I have US Cellular as my service and have Easy Edge but don't know how to get the link address into the easy edge. Anybody out there that can help me?

I never had to go online with mine at all. It just downloaded the songs and saved them in some folder on my RAZR. I have Verizon.

I have a RAZR too but I get some wierd text message telling me to:

"To download, use your phone's menu to follow this link:"

Isn't my menu button the middle part of the circle?
