I'm having a hard time believing this is leaking out when the Big 12 hasn't gotten their pound of flesh from OU and UT yet.

But it wouldn't surprise me to see an announcement either.

At the end of the day, it's going to be every man for himself. Do you really think KU is going to dig in and fight OU/UT if they have a Big 10 invite?

I would expect Pollard to jump ALL over a Big 10 invite.

The only way this Kansas rumor would make sense is if one other team is also leaving. Kansas wouldn’t want to put themselves at the same buyout risk that OU and UT are facing. If they know one other team is leaving, then KU secures their future and avoids the buyout.

There’s not a single team in the Pac that is more happy being in the Pac than Colorado. I would be absolutely floored if they left for the Big10.

I’m guessing they are thinking Denver media market. That is an antiquated way of thinking regarding expansion, in my opinion.
