It’s weird how little attention this story has generated at ESPN. Almost like they are directly involved or something…
There are so many parallels between sports media and financial media (CNBC, Bloomberg). They are both run by big corporations, and they are constantly promoting certain teams and certain financial policies that benefit them financially. I don't know if an NPR type entity is needed to shake things up or what.

All this **** making anyone think about going to some more road games this year since it might be the last chance?
We did this with Colorado. Fun and depressing.

History lesson: They just fired their coach Dan Hawkins and were on a 5 game losing streak. So we were like no way we lose and this is it so let’s go. Drove out. Great town. Got a good tailgate buzz going and scalped tickets from a professor. Fourth row. We took an early lead but then collapsed. Arnaud blew his knee in the fourth when we were down 20. We lost 34-14.

Also ISU was on the cusp of bowl eligibility.

Jamie historically has no issue publicly calling out anyone who screws over ISU (arguably to a fault, at times). Given that, it could be some real next level fireworks we he comes back to the surface to fill us in on what is going to happen. Especially if it doesn’t shake out favorably for us.

Didn’t we lose that game then the last to miss a bowl at 5-7?

Yeah but the last game was vs. a decent Missouri team so it would have solidified it.

Was right after the Nebraska game and ISU came out flat while CU played inspired.

It didn’t change my opinion on anything. That entire thing was coach speak. Campbell must have coached him up on how to say nothing for 6 minutes.
Nah you can tell the difference in Jamie's demeanor from the first round of realignment a decade ago. He was more chipper and constantly preaching to take a step back and the sun will come up back then. You can only hide how you feel so much, no matter how good you are. You can see what was going on during that video. There is no BIG or Pac-12 invite coming, at least not for the foreseeable future.
