Hmm KSU and KU might be stuck together.
How did you come to that conclusion? If anything, that just says they need to talk to the board…probably more to ensure they both have appropriate landing spots…not that they have to go to the same place.

So, you think this is KSU telling KU that they’d better not be negotiating with anybody yet? After reading the KSU statement I"m pretty sure KSU got on the horn with the BOR and told the BOR to help them so KU doesnt leave without them..

I read it to me that KU and Iowa State are headed to the B1G!I don’t know how you all are reading that as the Kansas regents tying them together. I pretty much read that as them saying the schools will be able to do what’s in their best financial interests.

Like maybe UofI does us the way OU did OSUI’d have sympathy for these schools if I wasn’t terrified of what will happen to us.

And they pissed the bed before they left!
I dont get the impression there's the hate for ISU at the administrative level the way there is at the fan level. Administrators calling the shots would see the benefit of ISU being in the same conference, the costs of ISU being knocked down, and the political pressure on top of that.
If Iowa was in the big 12, sure they'd probably be willing to leave us too, but I somehow don't see them being the hurdle for a b10 invite.
