Awful.. absolutely awful!Speaking of 90's soda![]()
I personally miss New York seltzer. I remember as a kid riding my bike across town to get a cold bottle at the local Hy-Vee. loved some black cherry. Another one I really liked, as a young adult, but don't see anymore was Stuart's orange cream or cheery cream soda. That **** was like crack.
West Des Moines has a World Market.Agree Stewart’s is great.
Keep eye out for NY Seltzer, started seeing it all around LA a few years ago and now somewhat common. I like some of the odd flavors.
World Market chain has a lot of these. I know Sioux Falls and Omaha have one, not sure if Iowa has any.
I remember them handing this out at Trice after a football game once. I took one, tried it, and made a mental note to avoid it from then on.Speaking of 90's soda![]()
They had that at ISU food service in the 90's. We'd mix an ounce of it with an ounce of milk just to watch the chemical reaction.Speaking of 90's soda![]()
No. Sadly. Double the sugar, double the caffeine was a helluva ad slogan though.Do they still make Jolt cola?
I like about 3 of them once a year.

I knew RC had been around for awhile, but what I didn't realize is that people craved it or that some thought it was hard to find/had disappeared. I worked in the grocery business for a long time, and RC was regularly available in 12-packs, 6-packs, and 2-liters, at least up until I left the industry 5-ish years ago. This thread alone should bring a resurgence in RC sales.
Beef liver and coffee would fit this description for me.I feel this would be a good Friday OT thread. There are so many things that I like maybe once a year. Circus Peanuts, Long John Silvers, etc.
