Yes. In my English class. I can't remember the teacher, but I can tell you that we were in the computer lab.
A few days prior, the school discovered HB was doing it via Skype because one of our classmates was setting up the session on our gym. In the computer lab, Doug imitated HB doing the Skype session, pretending to be talking to Roy Williams.

MCDermott told me that Barnes was going to UNC as well.
Dwayne Morgan and I are good friends and he told me that Vaughn is picking UNLV. I also know Hoiberg and he told me they didn't want Vaughn him anyway.

Regarding HB coming here. McD was positive he was coming the night before. An assistant coach was positive he wasnt. So there's that.

I'm sure people knew. I just find it nearly impossible to believe that so many high schoolers knew and not one of them posted anything on CF, leaked it, etc.
