Well Louisville and BYU should have been added when TCU and WVU were. The obsession with Louisville is worse.

College Presidents don’t like Louisville:Well Louisville and BYU should have been added when TCU and WVU were.
And just like ASU and Utah, when the **** actually hits the fan their admin will come running.Reading in the forums of some of the potential ACC schools we could get if the ACC blows up, there is very little interest in going to the Big 12. Some are delusional in thinking they can backfill with the Big 12. Others think it will a merger of the best of the Big 12 and ACC. That's delusional too as the Big 12 is the stronger league.
We won't do it but almost would rather invite Memphis and UConn where they would be buying in bulk Big 12 shirts Day 1 than inviting schools that don't want to be here.
This time would like to add 2 immediately and make the other 2 sweat for months so they come in with some appreciation unlike ASU and Utah. And just like ASU and Utah, when the **** actually hits the fan their admin will come running.
My feeling is that it wont exactly be about adding value, per se, It will be about eliminating contracts, and pulling teams from the competition, and control, if and when it happens.I'm not sure there's actually another school out there that adds value to the Big Ten, that's a pretty high bar to clear at this point. Maybe Florida State and Miami as a package just because it gives you a huge chunk of the Florida market.
I do think the SEC can tinker around the edges a bit. Carolina and Virginia make a lot of sense for them.
I wouldn’t brag about Tom Herman on this site.Even during the Herman years they had a 10 win season and a sugar bowl win when that mattered. It takes multiple bad coaching hires to really kill a blue blood. They also got the savior that is NIL to help things along.
I haven't really noticed, but since becoming the 14th best sports school in a 16 team league, has Utah exhibited any sort of appreciation for getting thrown a lifeline? Or still acting like their p00p don't stink? And just like ASU and Utah, when the **** actually hits the fan their admin will come running.
Yeah, they seem to be too busy eating their humble pie to run their mouths much.I haven't really noticed, but since becoming the 14th best sports school in a 16 team league, has Utah exhibited any sort of appreciation for getting thrown a lifeline? Or still acting like their p00p don't stink?

It’s even worse that this past season, there 2 were SEC teams who both went 5-3 in conference and publicly arguing they deserved to be in the CFP: Ole Miss and South Carolina. The thing is, how can the B1G care solely about wins when they argue a 6-3 conference record is enough for a playoff bid? So a big 6-3 record is better than a 6-2 SEC conference record? Whose "bottom feeders" are more valuable? Perhaps there should be promotion/relegation? Big and Big 12, SEC and ACC? Since it is cyclical, reward the achievers and demote the schools that require remediation. Tired of Northwestern? Replace them with ISU. Bored from having to endure Vandy yet another season? Welcome Clemson into the mix. Wouldn't that be a moneymaking scheme?
