Only if you are an idiot.
When recruiting a player like Vaughn it does not hurt to stand out for being the only group not piling on about some unsubstantiated rumors and being patient while Vaughn wisely takes his time.

This is not about message boards, but recruiting, which given the bold you must not be familiar with. And you do not even know if you are "saying how it is".

Fred and staff have spent the past two and a half years to get ISU in a position to land what would be the biggest recruit in program history. Let's talk rainbows and sunshine. If you cannot, at least you can show Fred, the program, and RV the courtesy of biting your tongue.

Is anyone else concerned about how UNC's decision not to seek reinstatement for P.J. Hairston is going to affect Rashad's choice? I am very encouraged by Vaughn's tweets about Hilton (obviously he is paying close attention to our program) and think ISU is the favorite, but looking at UNC's current roster and recruits it seems they really lack a shooting guard with pro-size. I'd consider them to be the strongest challenger to ISU at this point.

Your response is quite confusing. First you say that a message board is supposed to be full of rumors, speculation, and criticism rather than a newspaper site (which reports facts with a modest amount of opinion) but then you say you want to say it like it is. Isn't that the same thing?

No, saying it like it is means saying Kaffey has no qualifications to be at D1 school. Nothing against him, but it'd be like me working at the top of a fortune 500 company.
