Instead of a straight poll, let's rank the biggest moments of 2013-14.

Notable candidates, in chronological order (I included titles, for ease of rank):
Big Sunday: Michigan game and its “accessories” (Johnny Orr, Vitale, win over top 10 team)
Hot start: ISU opens season 14-0, best in school history
Streak-buster: ISU wins at Oklahoma State (in 3OT) for first time since ‘88
Mel's milestone: Ejim scores 48 points v. TCU, breaking Big 12 single-game record
Hilton South sensation: ISU wins Big 12 tournament
Survive and prevail: ISU (sans Georges) rallies to beat North Carolina; first Sweet 16 since 2000
Other (specify)

Solid list. Winning the Big 12 tournament is probably #1 for me. I knew they'd beat UNC despite the injury just because UNC is awful.

The Iowa win was pretty dramatic too. That was definitely Hilton Magic at work. The entire Michigan game has huge sentimental value.

Some excellent additions already.

From original list, I'd go this way:
1. Survive and prevail
2. Streak-buster
3. Big Sunday
4. Hilton South
5. Hot start
6. Mel’s milestone

-Big 12 Tournament experience (witnessing all three games in person was incredible.. Each of them amazing).
-The Resurrection of Threesus. @OSU, home against OSU, NCAA against UNC.
-Michigan gameday atmosphere and win.
-End of the Iowa game (going from thinking it was all over, to Hilton Magic prevailing).
-"The Ejim Game". Including the 4 or 5 consecutive alley oops.

-And this doesn't fit into the "top moments" category.. but honorable mention: seeing this team fight for each other every single game. Going down swinging to the very end no matter the situation.

Mel's big 3's to close out Baylor and secure the title.
Kane's finish to close out UNC.
Naz 3's against Okie St.

For me its either winning the Big 12 tourney title or advancing to the Sweet 16. Hard to choose. We hadn't done either one in 14 years.

Also, it had been a long time since i had seen Hok fans as cocky as they were about their team this year heading into the season. I heard so much smack about how they were going to eat our lunch in our own house. So i got a lot of satisfaction from that win this season!!

This is what is great about this team: there were SO MANY thrilling, amazing feats. Even when I feared they might be done, they dug deep and achieved. The Iowa game looked like a foregone conclusion until that conclusion changed dramatically. The OSU triple-overtime might have only been surpassed by the OSU home game when the horn sounded mid-flight of the tying 3.

Though when forced to pick one: resurrection and subsequent win against UNC to play on in the tournament.

Great year and a welcome distraction from a ferocious winter! I could not be more proud of this team or thankful to be a Cyclone fan.

Winning the B12 Tournament!

12 hour car ride up to KC, watched the game. Drove 3 hours south, slept for a few hours and then the rest of the way back to Houston. Still made it to work on time Monday!

Good addition of the 3 seed. Almost took that for granted. ... and thought of including those postseason awards - newcomer of year, too.

I'm really sad that no one put Dustin Hogue's Spasmatic 5 second call. In the Big XII's. I think it was Baylor. That was simply awesome and Fred dancing has nothing on Dustin's moves denying that inbounds play.

Both were hilarious and awesome at the same time, though.

if it is the one I'm thinking of it resulted in Drew's final timeout, not a five second call.
