Here is a link to a podcast I listen to that interviewed the author. He took all of the pictures himself and explains the hoops he had to jump through to get permission to take and release the photos. Also explains that they only print so many a year thus the price...he is kind of a jerk about this part.

Thanks, will give it a listen. I was under the impression it was out of print completely. I have seen it as high as $700 for an available copy.
that's why I love my workout classes.
My 12lb handweights arrived yesterday. So now I can do more stuff at home. Only had 3lb ones prior and I'm a bit past that. 10lb would have been smarter but those weights were orange and the 12's are magenta. So I guess I'll keep pushing myself, ha.

I don't really run into them so much as I put my hand in them getting dressed. But yeah about 18 inches between us.
Could be a windows update that your IT hasn't pushed through yet.
so like maybe chest height? DH has about a foot on me and I'm shoulder height to him. I'm going to hope it just needs an update. Can't really check as they don't give plebes that much control.

You couldn't tell because I was in my wheelchair, but there's about a foot between PapaLew & myself. Ain't nothin' wrong with a bit of a height difference.
