I went to the Brewers game last night, met up with someone, a lady in fact. We chat on the Brewers subreddit during games, and thought we should meet up at a game. Worked out where there was no one sitting next to her so I moved down a few rows and we watched the whole game together. Had a great time.

The only thing is she never told me her name. I know we're just strangers on the internet, but I introduced myself with my name, not as stormchaser2014 lol. If we meet up again, I have no idea what to call her.

Sometimes I wonder if companies actually think
I'm in the office because Cox had an outage in my neighborhood so no cable or internet

I just checked their webpage and it still says there is an outage

Then I see this below on things you can do if you are in an outage

Take note of #5. How the heck do I stream a show when my internet is down?

If this were the old days of getting notified of snow days etc. via the TV alphabetical scroll I would think unfortunately the Adolf Hitler would be the go to but in light of the obvious issues there I would go with Bruce Lee

I got to thinking about how the night flight from DFW to CID is almost never on time so I looked it up. My suspicion was confirmed and included twice this week that it didn't even leave DFW until after midnight. Scheduled time is 9:20PM ish. So help me if that happens when I am on it again next Thursday.

Charlotte to cedar rapids is what I fly for holidays and I think the first leg is cancun to charlotte, it's never been less than 4 hours late for me

Variation of "Hey, I know you" that I use frequently when running into bird photog peeps I have met before or recognize from seeing frequently. Had a few peeps not recognize me after I shaved off my big white covid mustache. Being terrible with names, it takes me talking with folks multiple times before I can recall their names....helps when I frequently see their names on photos posted.
