My sister said that her fiancé's cousin wouldn't be a good match because she said she's high strung and I'm too laid back. Opposites attract right? No harm in trying it out.
So, my sister's fiancé's grandpa passed away suddenly a couple weeks ago, the visitation/funeral was last Saturday. Well his cousin was standing with the family by the casket for the visitation, we kinda smiled at each other, but I didn't introduce myself, and I moved on in line.

I sent her a friend request on Facebook the other day, to my surprise she accepted it, thought she wouldn't because we don't really know each other.

So today, we stopped for a couple after work. When we left I drove by a couple houses we built just to see how they turned out since they were on that end of town. Then I really had to use the bathroom, so I stopped at a kwik trip.

As I was walking in, I saw this redhead out of the corner of my eye walk in the other door. I turned back to look and it was her. Didn't think she'd recognize me in my work clothes, but she did. We said hi and I formally introduced myself this time.

This has got to be a sign right? The Lord does work in mysterious ways.

New pet peeve people who listen to a podcast in public spaces (hotel breakfast area.) With no ear buds so we all get to hear. Sigh.
In airports & planes, too.
In fact, any use of electronic devices (phone, podcast, music, games) without muting or using ear buds in shared public spaces is rude, IMO. I sat on a plane a while back with a woman across the aisle playing some game with flashy blinkies, and tinkling and boingggg noises. It was a red eye flight. She was totally oblivious to the fact that the noise would annoy people. The flashing lights I could deal with...I always carry an eyemask on overnight flights. But the high-pitched noises...oy!

Why do people need the sound on to play any game? When I play a game on my phone I always have the sound muted. I couldn't imagine having the sound up where anyone could be bothered by my mindless waste of precious time.

I wonder who was the first person that decided to put on a wing suit and jump off a mountain.

Had some friends give us a couple dozen farm eggs on Saturday. Went to make an omlette this morning and first couple I had cracked open had growing embroys in them!:nausea::nausea: took me six eggs to get three eggs that weren't fertilized.

My wife would never eat an egg again.

Sounds like someone doesn't collect eggs on a daily basis...

If you were going to grab a meal from a quick food place for you and your spouse, do you know what they typically order. I could probably correctly get my wife’s meal 75% of the time.

This came up because my wife flew through Panda Express. She obviously didn’t know my typical order from there. I think maybe subway she would be good.
