Is this the fault of the AD or of TM? Isn't this essentially a ticket master website with an ISU skin on it?

been trying this for an hour now, even have a friend not going trying to get one for me and still no luck. still on hold for 30 mins now with ticket office too
I think both - but at the end of the day ISU picks it's vendors. I would assume Ticketmaster handles a lot bigger demand than these parking passes so would think they have the capacity. Either way, someone dropped the ball somewhere, but agree it's not fully on the AD. Just funny (read sad) to me.
I've been trying for 20 minutes now and it's always "Oops! We are experiencing technical difficulties.". This isn't fun.
They must be sold out…. Was in the queue with 502 people ahead of me and by the time I made it to my turn, I got error messages. Tried refreshing the website to go through the link again and the link is gone now.
My queue was649. I'm guessing it's sold out. Someone else I know was trying before I did and he still hasn't been able to get his pass.
Just got one over the phone with the ISU ticket office after over 30 minute hold time. Guy I talked to was great and said they are getting a lot of calls on this and apologized.
Finally got through on the phone! On hold for 45 minutes, ticket purchase took less than 2 minutes.
does anyone know if you can get in a lot then leave and then come back?

Called the ticket office. Not sure how much it matters, but they told us they'd get us a pass since we're season ticketholders. Just checked my account and its there. LFG.
