I was in right away and was checking out and the website crashed. Then I was put into the queue and by the time I was let in the item in my cart had expired.

Meant on the phone call. I was under 100 in queue but was stonewalled and called the ticket office.

Go lot to lot. When full will have gate closed, cones up, or waving you on. Hopefully they park better than last weekend and fit more vehicles.

That's twice I've been almost all the way through the checkout process and had the site crash on me.

I successfully got to the point where it had me select delivery method, but then wouldn't advance to credit card (11:45AM).

I also had it take me to credit card and the bill was $20 b/c it bypassed the e-delivery charge of $3. It wouldn't let me checkout in that scenario either (11:50AM).

Then, my 8 minutes ran out and my tickets were released.

Originally many rural phone lines were multi party lines. This is slightly different in that you do not get to listen to your neighbors conversation and hear canned music instead.

I was on hold for about an hour on the nose.

Someone told me they were on hold for 50 minutes recently before they got someone. I feel bad for the ticket office people taking calls today, we should send them some pizza or something because it's going to be a long day/week for them.

Finally got on the hold line with ticket office after getting "hung up on" by the system 4 times. Wish me luck. Fully expecting these to be gone but I was in the same boat as you all in running into the "technical difficulties" message.
