I will be in attendance, so either the Cyclones will get crushed (49-14) or we will lose a heartbreaker after leading late in the 4th quarter (27-24).

Statistically speaking, Baylor's defense is actually slightly better than ISU's this year. They are giving up fewer points/game, fewer yards/game, and slightly fewer yards/play. Our rush defense has been better than theirs, but their pass defense is slightly better than ours (fewer yards/game, per attempt and per completion than ISU).

Our schedule is tougher than theirs so far this year, but it's not like UNI and UCONN were world-beaters on offense either.

Who ya got? I wonder how both teams will respond to their losses. I know RGIII took some huge hits yesterday and was hobbling around. I wonder if he will be 100%? We certainly aren't, LJ is questionable at best, KO and Shontrelle will likely play but the little injuries are mounting. Stop the mistakes and this game is winnable, but probably not going to correct that in 1 week. Going with 35-21 Baylor.

ISU elects to receive the opening kickoff and all blockers are held out of bounds. The ball is returned to the 36 yard line. No block in the back penalties are recorded and the ball is placed where the runner is downed.

ISU punts on all first down plays during the first half. LJ reinjures himself, is not able to play. There are no personal foul penalties in the period. Reeves grows 8" during the week, actually knocks down several passes, and is not called for pass interference. Defense holds Baylor to two TD.

ISU offense scores two TD, which are ruled good after it is determined that Reynolds is not holding on the plays.

Injuries force two point conversion tries and Jantz breaks containment on both tries and just crosses the goal line before falling.

ISU wins 18-13.

44-20 Baylor.

ISU scores one late, similar to last week.

Offense will give baylor short fields, making it super easy to score. turnovers will be plentiful again this week.
