Looking ahead and I'm not sure this team can put together an NCAA quality resume. Beating Cincy was really important.
Let's say this team finishes the non-con strong at 10-2. If Miami doesn't make the tourney, not a single one of those ten wins will be quality. And ISU scheduled really bad mid-major schools who have no shot of adding RPI depth like Georgia Southern or Chattanooga in years past. So ISU would need quality Big 12 wins, which at this point with our rebounding, I'd give zero chance of beating KU, BU, or WVU. That's 0-6. ISU would need to win 9 of the remaining 12 conference games just to get to 19-11. Yikes.
There is a lot of season and quality games left, but this could get away from ISU fast.
Woke up mad as hell about the **** foul they called on Bowie that gave them the winning free throws. In a highly physical game like that, calling an inconsequential touch foul (initiated by the offensive player) with three seconds left on the shot clock was asinine. Great defense by Bowie that should have left them with nothing but a wild shot.

That was an easy call. Put both hands on him after trying to reach in. It was a good call
If you watch the play you can see the foul despite what the announcers said. The announcers disagreed with the call. The Cincy player lowered the shoulder into him and then threw his head back like he'd been killed. At any rate, if they're going to call that kind of contact, there would have been 70 fouls in that game.
Now that call was inexplicable. Not to mention the nano second jump ball they got on one end of the court, soon followed by the 1/2 second should have been a jump ball, ending up with Naz getting a foul call (without touching the guy who ripped the ball away).

Normally that was a foul and should be called. With that said they were allowed to body us up on every single drive and not get called for a foul. We didn't deserve to win but that officiating especially at the end was attrocious. If you watch the play you can see the foul despite what the announcers said.
I agree. I think it was probably a foul by the definition of a foul. But in a physical game and in that situation I thought it was a lousy call. Was it technically a foul? Sure. Do you usually see that light of contact called with 3 seconds to go on the shot clock in the very late end of an overtime game? Nope.

these players must not know the meaning of team. Complete difference from last year
Oh please. I don't see good offense. But that's different than selfish basketball. Grow up.
