What a freakin joke! Do we really need our police using our tax money to entice law-abiding citizens into committing crimes so they can arrest them for it, f up their lives, and then spend a bunch more of our money prosecuting and punishing them?

Any American should be embarassed by this crap. Gestapo tactics preying on man's basic instincts and urges. Freakin ridiculous.

Honestly though, naked woman or not, would you take your ***** out in a public park if you knew it was illegal? Yes this guy got baited, yes it should probably be entrapment, but seriously, any person in their right mind knows that's a ******** thing to do. I don't care if it was Heidi Klum asking to see my johnson in public I still wouldn't do it.

This isn't entrapment because the female isn't a cop and she was not instructed by the police to ask men to expose themselves. She was just a random topless chick in a park. I am willing to bet that is why the surveillance cameras happened to be pointing her way. :yes:

So it is OK for anyone to expose their genitals in a park? The reason they do these stings is because parents now are afraid to take their kids to parks because if they use the bathroom they might walk in on two people having sex. I'm sure if Chester the Molester was sitting in the park fondling himself under his clothes you would probably have a problem with it even though he isn't "hurting" anyone. The government needs to stay out of peoples private bedrooms and people need to keep their private bedrooms out of public places.

The police didn't use the topless woman as "bait". It is legal for a woman to be topless in the park in Columbus, Ohio. She is a regular at the park and was not planted by the police. The police had the park under surveillance and watched the FF talk to the topless women and then he complied with her request for him to expose himself.

So I asked a Cedar Falls lady cop friend of mine about this and she said if the lady was a cop and asked to see his member that would be entrapment.

She stated that they have to be really careful when doing their internet predator stings that the cops arent the ones to suggest anything because if the cops suggest anything it is considered entrapment.

I'm all for going after predators in any way possible. In fact, they can hook them to the nearest 220V for all I care. However, when we are talking two adults, and one is set up to be suggestive, I still call that entrapment.
