Projected conference rankings on Barttovik -- mostly just to give us all a sense of who we are likely to match up against in this thing next year.

Is the Big East challenge starting next year, too? If so, I added them, too.

I'd totally sign up for LSU and Marquette right now.

I didn't see the game. So, let me guess : Barry Brown didn't "go off," their players didn't shoot a high % from the FT line and they didn't make contested shots with 2 sec on the shot clock and a hand in their face? Cuz all three things were true when they visited Hilton.

They didn't make much of anything regardless of the shot clock or if they were even being guarded. It was the worst display of offense I've seen out of a Big 12 team in quite some time.

I think it's about time we got Florida or Kentucky in Hilton. By my accounts those 2, Mississippi State, and LSU are the only ones we haven't played in the last 8 years. For the Big East a game at Hilton with Villanova would be amazing.

I think we might get Florida in Hilton next year. Kentucky is going to Kansas. That’s just the way this made-for-TV series works. The only way we have a chance of getting Kentucky is when they’re paired with KU in the Champions Classic. That happens again in 2020-21 when ISU plays on the road. So if you want to go to Rupp Arena in 2 years, there’s your chance.

In 2024-25, they’ll be paired together in the Champions Classic and ISU will have a home game that year.

This all assumes they keep rotating home and away games for the SEC/Big 12 challenge

They haven't had a true rotation so who knows

2013-14 Home vs Auburn
14-15 Home vs Arkansas
15-16 Away vs A&M
16-17 Away at Vanderbilt
17-18 Home vs Tennessee
18-19 Away at Ole Miss

And just cause I was curious, Kansas played Florida the first two years, Kentucky the next two years, A&M last year, and Kentucky this year. I think there's a very real chance we get Kentucky in Hilton next year. KU vs Tennessee at the Phog (KU was away, Tenn was home this year) and UK vs ISU in Hilton (UK was home and ISU was away this year)

No one really knows for sure but it's setting up as a real possibility

That’s possible, but if you’re a TV executive at ESPN, you’re asking yourself which game is going to get higher ratings? KU/Kentucky or ISU/Kentucky? We all know that answer

If this team can go on a serious run, it would help our chances at least.
