Sad scene this morning, saw aftermath when driving North Bound

I wanna hear why some idiot fled. They re directed traffic into Ankeny, traffic was worse than normal. Gotta be careful on the highway, my wife drives to Ames everyday and I ***** to her to be careful, you never know.

Shortly after the first collision, a second crash happened on the northbound side of I-35 near Exit 92 around 7:30 a.m.. Kroska said the driver rear-ended a vehicle after being distracted by the accident on the other side of the highway. No injuries were reported.
