A win is a win, whether it's by 5 or 500.
We lose in Lubbock with that kind of effort....oh wait, already happened. Screw this win is a win stuff. That 2nd half was not good.

Texas scored 61 points in the 2nd half. 61! WTF
Never betting a ******* Iowa state game again
I don't get why teams (KU, UT) have this really odd talent to drain desperation, contested threes in the past few minutes when it's probably still beyond reach. Despite the fact they couldn't hit the side of a barn when they had plenty of good looks throughout the rest of the game.
I thought the same thing but was afraid to type it.
Texas was un-*******-concious shooting 3s in the 2nd half. I don't think they even shoot 30% as a team for the season. They made It 10 in the 2nd half...TEN...out of 14. Good God

How many of those points came in the final 3 minutes? Like, 22?
The TERRIBLE decision-making when we were up 13-14pts with under 4 to go is where this game deteriorated. I like the attack mode, but not at that juncture - mainly because we are a poor FT shooting team. Pull out the ball and make the 'Horns play D for 30 seconds, then take the shot (or get fouled). Had we done that, the game would have ended about 20 minutes ago, and probably a 10-12 point win - even with our typically poor FT shooting. Guys have to be SMARTER & know when the clock is an ally.
7 in a row at one point I think.
We were 65% from the line tonight. You apologists can say it doesn't matter but it does. Never know when the opponent will go on a rampage.
