I watched a practice this week and was really impressed with the coaching. I truly believe that we will be fine if the bigs start to get what coach is preaching. This doesn't appear to be a coaching problem from my humble perspective. Naz really seemed to be the leader. I'm really excited to see Ray Kasongo play. Great size.

It really is a new season. Teams know us (for the most part) and we know them. The Big 12 looks very solid from top to bottom, so every game will be a big one.

It's a new season so Matt will start being more consistent from three. Naz will continue his hot steak. Monte will finally be Monte. Holden will wait to foul out with a couple mins left in the game. Bowie will hit his free throws and Burton will be awake for the whole game. Young will start figuring it out on the defensive end. Jackson will start hitting from outside. Babb will become more aggressive.

Hopefully they realize this game is just as important as a game with KU and play that way. Please coach, don't slow the game down.
