The part of losing doesn’t hurt. It’s the fact that if we would’ve just had a D+ offensive output today we would’ve won.

It needs to repeated (repeatedly) how BAD of a defense Texas Tech has. No kind of. Not "well sometimes they've played well!" Not "they've shown some heart at times!" No, they factually have a REALLY bad defense. They have had a bad defense. They will play the rest of the season with a very bad defense.
