I bet Ole Miss -4.5 before game started. Had a gut feeling for whatever reason.

Something went awry with this team along the way. The chemistry hasn't looked seemed right for awhile. Something happened, or changed during the course of the season. It could have been any number of things, but something is rotten in Denmark.

I would bet my house there's drama somewhere in this locker room.

This isn't just injuries.

The defense has to be reevaluated this offseason. We can pad our stats against the UCFs and TCUs but this defense cannot hold up against high level team

Right. We didn't almost beat Auburn or have any other solid wins where we played good D. Nor did we rank in the top 10 in analytics for defense all season. Get a grip.

Got news for everybody. If you play Kelderman you aren’t a an elite 8 team. If you play Watson, who won’t shoot, dribble or make a productive pass, you aren’t an elite 8 team. You just aren’t.

He can knock down 3’s. Has taken them and made them this year when playing.

It's one thing to miss shots. This team hasn't even competed on the defensive end.

Biggest disappointment by far. They made shots but 75% of them were wide open. Good teams make wide open shots.

To their credit, Mississippi is hitting shots out fheir ass. Closely guarded, boom.

They are just a far more skilled team.

I know that coaches talk about defense and this guy sets great screens, but in the end guys that shoot are far and away the most valuable guys, and guys that can handle are next.

Guys that “set great screens” can play on decent teams. Elite 8 teams don’t play guys that are largely zeros on offense.

How did we play so well against Houston with both Gilbert and jones and can’t even compete tonight?

I think they just played that game with a nothing to lose attitude and did some stuff no one had seen before. Milan played great and I'd never seen him play the style of offense he did in that game.
