Count me confused....I believe his play can match Grill and Lipsey.
He’s going to be good but has the most development to do based on practices. I think the biggest concern right now is the game just hasn’t slowed down for him and he has been very inconsistent against D1 players in practice.

I'd love some deeper insight into it from players at some point but I get the vibe that the players know what's expected of them up front which is just more appealing to some.

Like it's easier to do a job or work with others when you know where you stand.
That’s TJs biggest motivator for kids. They meet all the time and he’s incredibly straightforward. They know what’s expected, where they stand in the lineup, and what exactly they need to work on. That creates the plan for ongoing development. He knows that if a kid buys in, it will be the best for all. If they don’t, we’re better off without them.

Thee three point defense suspect again for another season. Bummer. Also inbound plays and BoXOut not up to par.

Behind Enemy Lines (IC)
5 minutes left in the game, and all 10 players have at least one rebound, 8/10 players have a steal, 9/10 players have scored, and 9/10 have an assist. That's pretty darn good for our first game with so many new faces, even considering the opponent!
