Well then you shouldn't complain if we do get to the NIT next year. Somehow I imagine you'll ***** if we are a 7 seed in the NCAA.

I get the feeling that you’re not very bright. I just said I would be able to live with the NIT next year.

I haven’t complained at all this year. It is what it is.... a rebuilding phase

I wish I didn’t care so much.

I hear you, but because we care so much, the good times are all that sweeter.

I loved the heart and fight tonight. Not many teams down 2 important starters (really missed Solo tonight) would hang that close, and be in a position to win.

Next year should be fun, and 2019-2020 could be special.

Agree in general that we fought better than we have down the stretch while shorthanded, but Texas was not a great team and was playing without three starters of their own, including a top 5 NBA draft pick and guy who completely dominated us earlier in the year. Then had one of their remaining starters break a tooth and another high usage guy in Coleman limited by foul trouble. They were scrambling as well.

Seeing a number of ISU fans in the crowd during the WVU/BU game. Even if some of the other schools might want another city to host it once in a while (Dallas, OKC, Houston, etc.), the Big 12 will likely keep it in KC (it's guaranteed to be there through 2020) partly at least because they won't want to make it tougher for the KU and ISU fans, the two best fanbases in the conference.
