Great win for the Players and CSP. This team has always had loads of potential IMO. Good to see Young taking advantage of his minutes and everyone sharing the ball. And to think that some people defended the slow start by saying we had less talent than the 2010-11 squad.

I looked at it later and it changed direction going up to the backboard. He may have gotten a finger on it, then caught it after it hit the board. That one call didn't doom the cats. I didn't have a problem with it, considering how the contact was in the second half. It was like ESPN called.

You are correct! Beating OU, OSU, KU, and KSU on the road in the same year has never happened in the history of the Cyclones!

Considering there are only 6 or 7 possible seasons to go 0-4 in Texas in conference I think this year might be the first if we don't win at TT.

That win is a boost. KSU never recovered, even with a few rallies, the lead was too large. Iowa State took the crowd out of it early.

I don't think it was just due to the fact that it was a change of pace with the crossover announcer week, but I really liked the group we had. Lawson did great, she's good. (maybe our hot start & win had something to do with it, tho-lol)

We are wondering if Monte is a little sick tonight. Might explain his mortal game and extended bench time.

I read somewhere this week that Monte is a bit dinged up. Nothing specific, just probably the wear and tear of the season.
