The combination of that end of game coaching along with the new transfer rules makes me nervous about what this off-season brings.

Bolton looked great, Huggy being a good coach realized that by clamping down on him in the final minutes really hampered the offense. With the rest of the B12 knowing this is going to make Prohm's head explode trying to figure out other ways to score.

Felt good about the players but not the end of game coaching. This was the game. I got off the Prohm train. That timeout was terrible and directly led to the turnover to take away our chance to win the game.. Good coaches out their team in a position to win. This was the exact opposite.

Lol, you've stuck by Prohm until they controlled 39:30 of the game on the road against the #8 team in the country? Weird.

We've had teams with far more talent go up there and get blasted by 30 points.

Yep, I know it's ridiculous. But that was the latest reminder of how he's not the man for the job.

I can't be in practice, so I give passes on poor execution.. Honestly seen alot of balls on boards etc not bounce our way, so given him a pass on alot this year.

But that timeout was a terrible idea and lacked game awareness.

Let's not lose sight of the fact that we just came off a loss to KState, getting pounded by Iowa the game before that, and losing to South Dakota the game before that.

I'm gonna chalk this one up to an anomaly and the prior 3 as the trend. Hopefully I'm wrong

Maybe. I’m hopeful because this is just our 5th game. With virtually no off season and lots of new guys.

Wasn’t that a Nader thing?

He did it too but Thomas did it a few times a year, even as a senior.

I was/am a HUGE Matt Thomas fan but that used to drive me nuts. Same with Harris tonight. It's not like he had a toe on the sideline...he was running oob...not great.

Tonight was Steve Prohm’s worst night as ISU’s coach and I don’t think it’s close. Are you trying to blame this loss on a player?

It was one bad timeout. He coached pretty well to keep us in it with the foul difference and turnovers.

Are we blaming player's for losses? Why, when we have a much easier target.

Great effort by the kids to go on the road to the 8th ranked team in the country and have the lead with one minute left in the game. We rebounded a lot better tonight, and also played the dribble drive to the hoop a lot better.

BUT, 20 Turnovers, down 21 at the free throw line, and we took some horrible quick shots the last 5 minutes. To many players still playing for themselves and not the team. No flow at times, and we again saw the fall of the cliff performance the last minute. Down one with 30 seconds and we turned the ball over not once that led to points but twice. We have seen this happen way to often in the past.
