A total retool of offense and special teams. New coaches with new ideas. It can be done.
And there are examples in multiple programs that we interact with a bunch: Ferentz has gone in cycles at Iowa, Gundy brought in Jim Knowles to revamp his defense.

Yep, TCU has to get as many style points as they can. They got screwed in 2014 and they are trying to avoid that again.

I don't blame them for a second.

Was flipping through and BTN was saying Michigan should be #1 since they beat #2.

They actually said this.

And, that opens the door for you know who to come in at #4 even though they got blistered and only beat one legit team all season.

Granted it was the BTN but there will be all sorts of narratives to cover up tOSU.

Maybe they should have actually tried stopping them for once if they are upset TCU was still throwing. .

I saw alot of ISU starters and rotation players still in there and they couldn't even stop their second team. It's one thing if they had their starters in against ISU backups but it was the opposite.

TCU outgained us 377-330. Just the 2nd game this season our opponent had more yards on offense.

Still crazy they scored 62 points on 377 yards. Our D has just as much work to do in the red zone as our offense. They also have to get better at stopping teams on 4th down.

That was ugly.

I don’t want to get rid of Campbell and not sure if firing Manning would have any impact without a change to the overall strategy. We have to be more aggressive on offense. They held back a great offensive unit last year with conservative play calling and didn’t provide any spark with play calling for the offense this year.

It’s year 7. We have better players than when Campbell first arrived and should be more aggressive.
Better players on offense than when Campbell first arrived? Look at the skill positions in 2017, Campbell's second year. Butler, Allen Lazard, Marchie Murdock, Mathew Eaton, Trevor Ryan, Deshaunte Jones, and Montgomery at tailback. X is the only player that is better than anyone in that WR group.
