Lard is a terrible post defender one on one. He's a great potential eraser but he's terrible against players like Cook.

Just fronted Cook and got a steal. Ran down the court and we wrongfully didn’t feed him. He kept working got the ball, dished it to THT and THT turned it over.

What more do you want from Cam?

We aren't and will never be a good defensive team with Prohm as the coach. It isn't his forte.

Unfortunately we're going to have nights where we can't buy shots. The defense is likely going to be poor. This is the result.

Observations so far,

Hawks needed to win and wanted to win more

MS and THT don't value the ball. Not tourney type players.

Babb is to passive. Team lacks leadership on the floor. It's a bunch of talented dudes playing pick up ball. No sense of who they are playing for.

The only player I saw out there with any fire was Conditt and Lard.
