ha, this is why I can't watch at a bar! We'll see how it starts off. Maybe if I just listen to it like I did with UNI, it'll be ok. Or maybe drunkenly yelling directions at the players will help. Husband is going to just love that I'm paying attention to this game. Is Auburn playing tonight for you to watch?! Have fun watching in person!

I'm sitting here at work, 9 hours before game time, and the hair is standing up on my arms. Going to be a really, really long afternoon.

This. The build up to this game and the hype has been awesome but this waiting part really sucks. I think the payoff tonight is going to be well worth it though with a big Cyclone win.

Great, I can see it now......the college soccer tournament game before our game ends in regulation at 0-0.....so it goes into overtime and we all end up missing the first half b/c ESPNU wants to appease the 14 college soccer fans watching t.v. on a Friday night.......only for the game to eventually end in a draw. err:

Your're not alone- I don't like watching these games from a bar. My roommate is a Memphis basketball fan, but he's a converted ISU fan (as long as they aren't playing Memphis). We watch all games from home, both yelling at the T.V. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm jacked up for this game. If we continue to keep playing are basketball I have no doubt about us winning 2nite. Hittin 3's and dishin down to Georges and Melvin. Side note here, Iowa might have the most un-athletic looking basketball team I have ever seen in White, Utoff, andMcCabe. They seriously look like they don't even belong on the court and then all of a sudden one of them will dunk it and my brain cramps up...
Moral of this story big game for our Cyclones. IA State 93 Iowa 89.
