Way up there
I think it'd be naive to assume nobody leaves. They do basically every year.

Typically this is true but this season is a bit different. We've never had 11 guys get the type of playing time we've seen this year. IMO its the first time since the Hoibuild that there isn't an obvious guy who leaves because he's not seeing the floor. Not saying it wont happen but its just not as obvious this season. The way I see it there is only one person who may even consider it but who knows.

Hey guys, @cyclones360 just disagreed with me on 21 posts after I disagreed with him on this one. Beware, he's a badass.

Harris would be a good one. I'd prefer to see us take a 1 year flier on a sharpshooter grad transfer, which would allow us to even out the classes a bit and add another 4 year guy in 2019. Or, add a sit out transfer to play in '19.

I'd say that's accurate. Harris would be icing on the cake, but not a make or break. It's a nice position to be in. I would say that if we have a spot to fill, it would probably take a pretty good player to take the offer away from Harris if he is there for our taking.

Normally taking that many HS kids in one class would be something I’d want us to avoid but I’d really like to get Harris.

Harris could be that sharp shooter that can come in and help space the floor in limited minutes as a freshman IMO. The added benefit of Harris would be he could be groomed to take over the PG duties if Wigginton leaves in the next 1-2 years. Haliburton will be too but due to his size he could take over NWB type role too.

The thing about a "1 year flier on a sharpshooter grad transfer" is first having one become avaliable, recruiting him, and then working that player into a stacked rotation that is set for next year. Far from a sure thing.

If a scholly opens, Harris should be the priority followed by high Major a sit out transfer or even banking the scholarship in my opinion.
