Halliburton seems like a pretty happy kid. Not sure I've seen a young dude smile so often in pictures. The perception that I'm getting along with the obvious talent is one of character with this group.

The 16 deniers have been quiet for some time.
This. After the issues with discipline early on this season, it's nice that we are signing what appears to be a class of guys who all have great character.
I'll add (and this may be your view as well, I don't know) that getting on Prohm's bad side doesn't necessarily mean you're a bad guy. I think he has a pretty high standard and expects it to be upheld.
Haliburton has giving me the vibe of having the character of someone like Naz. He's going to go above and beyond for ISU.

I agree. Some guys just come in a little immature (DJ said something about this), or might not realize the importance of certain "little" things.
Just read that KU might get one of their 2018 signees early. Silvio De Sousa says a reclassification has been approved and he might join KU at the semester. 5 star PF. Would certainly be a huge addition considering the lack of frontcourt depth. Seems like it would take him awhile to be worked in though because he would be so far behind.
That's interesting... could be a double edged sword for Self though. I believe if De Sousa would be eligible for the NBA next year if he is on campus in the spring. He could be planning on turning pro right away. UK's Diallo had a similar case last year.
Agree, although I don't know if he would be good enough yet, similar to Diallo.
