I wish I had your blind optimism. I used to. I was that guy supporting Morgan and saying McDermott just needed another couple breaks. Then we saw that wasn’t the problem at all. You just needed a really good coach.
Oh my god. I’m going to have to stay off the boards after that one. There is an infusion of talent this year but we have some real systemic issues in the area of rebounding and playing good cohesive defense. Not like either of those are one-offs.
It will be 11-12 point spread. I fully expect for Iowa to cover that but that would be the spread if the game occurred tomorrow.

NC Central and Southern would beat UAPB by double digits on a neutral. Are you honestly thinking we are going to contain Garza?
No but I don't think the rest of Iowa's roster is all that good, and their defense is very very bad.

Completely agree. Solo doesn’t really fit what Prohm wants to do. CSP hasn’t really put an emphasis on developing that position either. Conditt is in a critical year of his career. Jury is out, but I think he’ll end up getting replaced by Foster next season.

Okay big guy. I think Iowa is a pretty solid Top 10 squad. Weiskamp is very good. Bohannon can shoot. I think they are very similar to some our our better squads under Fred. As far as their defense. They are better than us that’s all I can tell you.
Solo played 19 minutes without grabbing a single rebound. The dude always blocks his man out but is just plain sluggish on the defensive glass.
