That team wasn't quite as well rounded IMO.
Eh, it was pretty incredible (having seen every game from both eras). But I think this year is a greater diversity of individual styles, making it harder for opposing defenses to prepare.

I feel like a lot of unrealistic expectations for this team if anyone thinks we are going to blow conference teams out on the road right out of the gate. CU is not a bad team and hasn't lost since they lost to us. We could still win comfortably, but I'll be happy with any kind of win.

ISU is really good.

They're also not automatic so yeah it's not just 'make shots guys! Ok?'.

Road games imo are about keeping things on the rails in a weird place and having a chance late. Comfortable road wins are really tough to find.
