I don't think the right term is 'house money' but getting the win at ASU makes this one a token type of game (from the couch or be in this case) if they can pull it off.

Are we wearing the coal miner grey uniforms tonight? That'll be our ticket to winning if that's the case. Mess with their white out a little more....

I kinda wondered the same thing.

Almost predicted ISU would do the black vs. ASU since each team regular colors somewhat similar. Glad we did the normal. (I wouldn't mind gold tonight).

Don't have a good feeling about this one. Hoping the boys prove how great they are and win it somehow.

Does Dell’Orso ever play the “4”? I think if he or Townsend is in with the 3 guards, we’ll go small with Watson and Jefferson and switch everything.
No not really. They have three forwards who are all more 4s than anything that they really like.

I think that's why Dell'Orso averages so few minutes. It's really just him and Lewis trading in like 55/45 and then if Bradley or Love get in foul trouble.

All teams go super small at some point tho, so maybe. I haven't watched them enough to answer that for sure tho, mostly just their last 2 games.

Townsend yes tho he will play the 4 almost exclusively, unless they wanna go really big and sit Lewis and Dell'Orso. Townsend actually a pretty clever and skilled scorer down low that can get you a bucket from just throwing it into him. Game is kinda similar the Texas Tech guy who missed the runner against us to potentially win it in OT. He's the ONLY big like that really, so similar ish to how we use Jefferson. I'm actually worried about him quite a bit.

Vassar is more of an energy guy and dunker who plays without the ball, kinda like Chatfield.

Bryant is good. He's more of a threat defensively and the boards at this stage tho. Id be surprised if he scores a lot

The other big guy Awaka, he is their only true 5. Vassar and Bryant can play it in a pinch, but Vassar doesn't play as big as chatfield, but he is more athletic.

Arizona is playing well and will be a formidable opponent. Tickets are cheap, so I hope that means it's not sold out and plenty of Cyclones will get in the building. Hope the guys got some rest and have their legs under them tonight. I feel optimistic, but a road loss to a quality opponent doesn't hurt you too badly.

I think we're going black. I don't think we use those greys anymore

AZ has a fairly tough 2nd half of the schedule and i dont anticipate them being higher than top 3 by the end of things, but that being said, if a regular season conference champs is the goal, gotta win tonight

Playing with house money here. A loss doesnt hurt much if at all, but a W can help a lot

You're usually pretty positive and spot on so I am tempering my expectations. :)

Actually pegged this as a loss at beginning of the season. Arizona was preseason top 10, but took them awhile to click...

Yeah, I was referencing the black - the gray/green seems to have been retired, thankfully. I'm no big fan of B&W bball uni, but it's better than the charcoal-y version.
Are these black or grey? Sucks being colorblind sometimes but I was thinking these were grey.

Line is now Arizona by 3. This is a repeat of the Tech game and thoae teams sit at #11 and #12 in Torvik. We got lucky in Lubbock. Gulp.
