Is there are team out there that is worse when they have the ball in the final seconds of the game than us? We had the ball 3 times at the end to win the game between regulation and the overtimes, and got nothing, not even a good shot at the rim, let alone hit the shot.

Gilbert needs to drive the ball to the hoop there at the end, if he wants to be the man, than that means stepping up and carrying the team at the end in crunch time. Great comeback and it's wasted.

Yeah, we really struggled with the last possessions at end of regulation and both OT sessions.

We can be a 3 or 4 seed and go on a run and that's ultimately how we're judged.

If we fall to a 4 then that's catastrophic. You know damn well we'll get paired with Duke or Auburn and they'll be another region break wide open with upsets and it sure won't be ours.

In terms of this game, our comeback was a result of creating turnovers that resulted in quick scramble buckets. Schmidt doesn't impact those.
Any half court sets we had to run looked like we were in mud. That's on him

We look like we are afraid to shoot the damn ball. We pass it around with no plan to take it to hoop. BYU at the end, the kid takes it to the hoop and we foul him. You have to put pressure on the defense, the game is on our floor and the refs will bail you out if you take it towards the basket.
