New NIL rules need to say if you opt out of the bowl all funds you’ve received during that year have to be repaid Immediately.

There will eventually be contracts as the schools will be paying and the opt outs will be over. The bowls games will still be meaningless, but they will have to play, unless they will make so much at the next level they will give up the college money.
