There was no illegal man down field on Skattebo's pass. You are able to be downfield if you get back before the ball is released.

Did refs make everyone and their grandma miss Skattebo on his 2nd big run? Or to allow Leavitt to reverse field on one of his scrambles? Or the DB's apparently to miss a guy in a maroon jersey streaking down field 3 times now? That all on the refs too?
