His post history shows a shift towards moving on from Prohm in 2021, but at the same time, he shifted to also attacking everyone who expressed doubts of prohm earlier on in his tenure (even though those doubts were pretty vindicated by the end)
Good night friends, may better days lie ahead for ISU basketball. Still a lot to play for, and wouldn't be stunned if they beat KU. Not predicting it, and there are a couple concerning trends.
But two road losses do not a season make. Gotta figure something to exploit the bad token presses they're seeing, or realize that you desperately need to prioritize offensive skills more in the portal this off-season. Would far rather have too many guards than the opposite. Can't bank a scholly and bring in a Ward to sit behind a guy like Rob who at best could be called an okay B12 backup center. Analytically you'd be hard pressed to make even that argument. I digress, nothing to be done at this point.

He should definitely engage more with the Refs in a game like this, but I think the people calling for him to really get on them or get a T and that working in our favor is a myth. It worked for coaches of the past like Roy Williams and Coach K but the Refs these days are so arrogant and been around so long they would give a younger coach like Otz a tech and then call the game worse for us after.

Eh we extended the lead in the first 8 minutes of the second half so not sure I can go with you there. We played A bball for 30 minutes basically and then it all went away
We had 7 fouls in first half, 18 fouls in 20 minutes of second half and 3 fouls in 5 minutes of overtime.
I haven’t posted that much in the past two years, don’t make me go find the receipts. You, cat stevens, macloney, jsb, all were willing to go down with that sinking ship.
I definitely get why you are a UNI fan and wanted Prohm to stay.
Really should do other things than watch ISU sports.
If I wanted to feel sad and frustrated at the end of the night, there are no shortage of other opportunities out there. Perhaps opening tinder or going to the lumberyard would be a better use of time for the same result.

I have fully admitted to being a passionate defender of Steve Prohm early on. And I don't regret it all, even if he was not the long-term answer as head coach. There is a vocal minority of Cyclone fans who decided to be against him from the very start and who could never, ever give him even the slightest bit of credit for the good things that happened during his early tenure. I thought that was complete BS.
