Yes.

It's a little alarming how cavalier people have been about the close road losses and bombing badly against Mizzou. Do you want to win a conference championship for the first time in 20 years or don't ya? It's right. *******. There. Go get it, rather than telling me how x loss or y blowing doesn't really hurt.

Go get it.
You do realize the fans aren't the ones on the court playing the game, right?

How does the Mizzourah game gave any impact on the conference title? If we were going to lay an egg this season, Iowa and Missouri are the two games that I'm just fine doing so. Can't lay an egg tonight.

I figure to win a title we need to win three more games on the road while holding serve at home. We missed two of those opportunities already by a total of 4 points or something. I don't know how you get them if you don't go into places like Lubbock and get them when they are winless.

Must win.

I sorta agree. I do think 13-5 at least gets a share of the title.
Losses I see:
@ KSU
@ UT
TCU or KU

Keep it clean outside those, I think we'll be at minimum co-champs.

I hope Isaacs plays tonight and keeps Walton off the floor, because I could see Walton hitting 5+ 3s on us. Also, Harmon is shooting about 22% from 3 in league play, so he'll probably be good for 2 timely 3s.

Mizzou has a nice team, but getting drilled on the road there is a bad sign for a team needing multiple road wins against higher caliber teams to win a championship.

Listened to Williams and Blum take a victory lap over some sports book saying ISU has second best odds to win the championship this morning like that matters at all. Who cares? Glad to hear their spot on some spreadsheet someplace didn't change that much though.

I'd love to see ISU win a championship, regardless of the odds. Been a long time. They're going to have to go on the road and do it though.

I hope everyone is available for Tech. I have nightmares from the Iowa game still, having learned Kris Murray was out just hours before tip, only to proceed to getting run out of Carver by guys names Conner and Filip.

This Iowa State team plays so much better with a chip. TTU coming out tonight with a full deck of cards will keep our guys mentally checked in.
They don't have 3 point shooters Iowa does and Iowa runs a much better offensive system than tech as does Mizzou. Matchups matter. Issacs takes by far more 3's than anyone else on the team. Pressure Walton and turn them over

We purposefully sat arguably our most important player. Not sure why people just pretend like that didn’t happen.

If we want to talk about conference titles and high seeds in March this is a game we have to win.

We’ve got @UT, @BU, @K State which are as tough as they get and could very well be 3 losses. @WVU is also a tough game. That means we’ve got to be clean at home (KU, TCU not gimmes and I am not sure that OU or WVU is either if we’re not full strength).

We just don’t have the margin of error to lose a game like this.

Walton had barely played in a month before the game in Ames. In that game he came in when they were down big and hit 2 threes. Counting that game, he's 13-17 over their last 6 games - including 5-6 at LSU Saturday. That's CRAZY hot.
