I sit closer than you, and while I have never specifically heard the "C" word, I would not be shocked if he has used it. His language goes way beyond salty, to degrading and dehumanizing. In the 18 years I have been sitting in the section, I have heard most of the women in the section gasp at some of his utterances hundreds of times. A few just shake their heads and smile uncomfortably. Even his assistants visibly move away from him and avert their gazes when he really blows. Realizing this may help some of you understand why Jessica Schroll's dad and CBF nearly came to blows right before she transferred.
That being said, while I would never allow my daughter or any relative to play for him, I don't believe he has a racist bone anywhere in his body.
One other thing to those who feel the officials would have lit him up upon hearing certain words. While almost all rules books allow for giving techincals for unsporting conduct, I have never seen one leveled against any coach for something he said to his/her own players/staff. I have officiated three sports at the HS level, and one as high as the D1 level. Never seen it - ever.
