This may have already been done and I missed it, but has there been discussion re: a nickname for White?

I like the sound of "Rolls" Royce, signifying quality, a solid build, and best in its class. (I apologize if someone else has already suggested this.)

Maybe the last time I was this excited about b-ball was in the middle of JT's second year when we found ourselves leading the conference.

no, I'm pretty sure you're the first one in the universe to think of using "Rolls" as a nickname for someone named Royce.

Wow, thanks so much for the sarcasm. I'll be sure to put my "I apologize if someone else has already SUGGESTED this" in caps next time so you don't miss it. (Believe it or not, "suggested" is not the same as "thinking of" in Webster's or any other dictionary.)

Totally my fault as I actually work full-time and don't have every second to spend on this site so I don't miss a single post.

What is it with people on this site that anyone asking a simple question, especially with qualifications, gets jumped on?

So, to get back to what I posted, has this already been done on this site?

I think you mis-read the reply as bagging on you for bringing it up again, when it was bagging on you for suggesting the most predictable, least creative nickname possible, and like the other guy said, not everyone needs a nickname.

So, as for my thoughts: Not everyone needs a nickname, and "rolls" for royce white is the most stupid nickname I can think of. It's so predictable, it deserves getting jumped on.

People are cowards. They have balls to call people out and criticize the littlest things anonymously online that they would never do to people's face. It gives them a false sense of self-esteem. Don't sweat it - take the high road.

I like Royce. Simple. To the point. Everyone knows exactly who you're talking about.

It seems there are a million threads trying to artificially create a nickname. Nicknames just happen.
