Can't wait for this stupid fad to die. It's like blue in the uniforms all over again...
I hope we just change our school colors to anthracite and white...

People have such high expectations on everything. People just want to be negative about everything. Let's wait and see how they look in person before ripping them apart.
Does this mean the golds are gone? I know I've seen someone mention it in the past that Iowa State's policy is that each team is only allowed 1 alternate uniform.

If that were the case, we wouldn't have these gray/anthracite uniforms if they considered gold an alternate uniform. However, I'm not sure how they could consider gold (primary color) an alternate uniform color, so that policy could still hold true with these new ones. Primary jerseys - White, Cardinal and Gold
Alternate jersey - Gray/Anthracite

Still trying to figure out why our opinion matters. If the players like it and the recruits like it, then do whatever the heck you want with our uniforms. I'm gonna like and support this team regardless of what they wear or what color it is.
I think it’s fun to have alternate jerseys now and then. Wear all green for all I care. As long as the players like them it’s fine by me. It’s not like a certain color will improve their shooting %, so it really doesn’t matter. I’ll still be able to tell which team to root for.
