Netflix - Your Current Favorites

There are a lot of episodes that aren't that far off in terms of technological advances. Plenty of episodes where I found myself thinking afterwards "wow, this could actually happen someday." It's a great show to watch if you want to think, but not really a show I would recommend binging all at once. I liked taking some time to reflect on each episode before diving into a new one.

Ozark looks like something I could get into, so gonna give that a try. Peaky Blinders has been on my radar for a while, so that's also on the list.
Not really into Marvel/comic book stuff, so probably not gonna try those ones. This will for sure be a good thread to revisit in the future.

I've been into the BBC series as of late. I've really liked Luther and Sherlock. Long episodes with only a few per season.
Godless is really good, I enjoyed it. Wife and I are watching Seven Seconds now, not done yet, but so far it's pretty good too. Lots of subplots with the characters.
BBC has been putting out way better shows than our networks for years now. Happy Valley. Luther. And my personal favorite is The Fall. Effing amazing.
I've been in a rut, too. Been trying a lot of new stuff, and can't find a new show that sticks after a few episodes. Ozark is good. Love the setting. I loved Sherlock, but don't enjoy some of the grittier British stuff on there.
Not Netflix, but just started Sneaky Pete on Amazon and it pretty dang good
I've heard it's good. It's on my list of things to watch. What's it about? Other than a guy named Pete, who is sneaky.
A guy gets out of prison but it's unsafe to go back to his old life so he takes his old prison mates identity. Kind of in the Ozarks mold. I'm only 2 episodes in though
He's a con man trying to fill in for another person. Season 1 is really good. I started season 2, but I am lost so I'm going to ahve to rewatch season 1.
I binged A Series of Unfortunate Events because of book nostalgia. Not bad.
Seven Seconds is a good crime drama. We're nearing the end and it's gotten better as the season has gone on. Character development is good, lots of flip-flopping on who you're rooting for or against.
We really liked season 1. Season 2 doesn't follow season 1 much and I also don't know what is going on.
