North Dakota State has a very good FCS football team which has beaten some average to poor BCS teams the last few years. Good for them. It is much like playing UNI. Another decent FCS program which has occasionally done the same thing.
It should be a good game and a good test. ISU needs to show up and actually play football. Last year against UNI the Cyclones failed to show up. The Clones need to open things up and not play the Vanilla brand of football they have played in previous years, and "save" the playbook for later games. Open up the playbook and do what you do best. We need to start winning the game at hand and do what we can to win it. I have never understood the concept of "saving" the playbook for a game that might not ever materialize in needing a play. If anything it makes your opponent prepare for much more stuff and keeps them off guard.

Holy crap. Those dudes are primed for an off season, but act like they're fielding an Alabama talent-level team. I'm not saying we'll beat them because we have no idea how good or bad we'll be, but those folks need to bring it in a notch. Eesh.

Hell reading the Biso board he appears to be in line with the rest of those morons. The fact that they think we should price the tickets for that game inline with games against actual teams like Oklahoma and Baylor shows you the true level of their delusion. Its "little man" syndrome at its finest and as someone point out earlier it just screams "please pay attention to me!".
Iowa State beats the Biso and its no different than beating any other FCS/MAC slappy in my world. I guess my thoughts are if its such an honor to play the Biso why not play us for free? Oh yeah... they are small time and have to ***** themselves out.

I did talk to kansas state board and I warned them ahead of time about NDSU beating them and voila I was right. and colorado state and minnesota the year before. im kind of a pro at warning a FBS team, so just relax and take it.
