Tremendous effort by the Sisters, what an incredible year and incredible season. Lots to look forward to. No one expected we'd put the game in OT, even. Heads held high, we'll come back next year reloaded and ready to go!
Disappointing ending to a great game. Gotta love this Cyclone team. Tremendous heart and effort. Great learning and building experience for such a young team. Can’t wait for next year.
This loss goes on Fennelly. The last play call to Brown was terrible. Continuing to go to Audi when she clearly was not able to score against the Stanford bigs. Refusing to make a change. Finally, got Bristow some looks in the post but it was too late. Bad coaching cost us.
Officiating in the women’s game is so wildly inconsistent. Needs to get better.
That was some high level basketball from both teams down the stretch. Yes, the loss sucks but there’s nothing to hang your head about.

Honestly I’ve watched several Stanford games and she’s not that good. She’s really tall just like Zach Edey. But Edey is far better in skill. Stanford’s 44 is WAY better imo.

What great fight. So impressed, moxie filled group. Wish the refs wouldn't have placed such a huge imprint earlier, but they fought like hell and both teams hit incredible shots. Highly entertaining game, what a phenomenal season! Go Cyclones!

Welp, here's one time where saying "there's always next year" doesn't sound like a platitude. I think this team takes this into the off-season and it spurs them to new heights.
