Something smells here. I read that "letter." No one even signed their names, it was just from "the Lady Vol Volleyball team." And there were no real specifics at all, just a lot of blaming Hermann for their lack of unity or success. And now some players are coming out saying that didn't describe her accurately at all. If you read it there is a lot of "Julie did this to us, Julie did that to us ... our coach is the real reason we did not realize our goals..." At least they admitted that "oh sure we could have done better ..." but then they blame Hermann for everything but the kitchen sink. That letter seems to have been written by some players who were vindictive towards Hermann, as an attempt to explain away their own failures.
