I'd love to laugh, but seriously, that could have easily been us. I for one had given up melt downs when we beat Nebraska. I figured we couldn't expect much more. But to win a bowl game this year. Outstanding. I will be giddy for days. Couldn't have asked for a better way to end the year.

It could have been, and will be us again, it's the nature of the beast. But this was a very well deserved win for us.

While we may not be the most athletic team on the field, I won't be the first one to say this but this win will carry us as far as we want to go. Which is up to the top of the North, (Where we belong)

I agree, this win should be a big time stepping stone for us in a lot of different ways.

This game should have been over at Haftime.

ISU blew a ton of opportunities, but still got the win. When was the last time we won with a -2 in TO and a ton of Flags?

Good Job Cyclones.

Agree completely. Sorry, I din't mean to sound like I was denying this was a well deserved win at all. Just trying to interject some perspective for people. ENJOY THIS! We've been beat down the last couple of years. Let's not care what the opposition is doing right now. WE WON! Enjoy it!

That's fantastic. I think this is going to have a big impact.

For the guys coming into the program beginning next month, he has their attention as a coach who's already won a bowl game in a very rebuilding program. They have to know that he knows what he's doing. They guys that he had to rebuild from losing, they know for real that he knows what he's doing.

This is going to be a fun ride.

Can't blame gopher fans, why did they put their back-up QB in the wildcat formation at that point of the game when they were in scoring range? Just dumb I think.

Cuz he had a 28 yard run on the previous attempt... Lighting doesn't strike twice though! Jesse Smith is a monster!
